Honestly flying with the ds4 controller sucks because you run out of buttons even if you manage to get the gyroscope working for controlling pitch/roll/yaw. Go Back to controller profile and uncheck Disable Virtual Controller Save profile Uncheck and check Hide DS4 controller. I eventually got it to work using a cable, but I’m not sure if I ever got it working with Bluetooth again. Unfortunately, currently DS4Windows has fully disabled both rumble and "lightbar passthru" when using DS4Windows' virtual DS4 controller. Best thing to do is select the advanced profile for the controller in SC and do a few adjustments to the mappings yourself and dont forget to set your curves. Check Disable Virtual Controller (this will disable PS4 controller) Save profile DS4 settings tab > Uncheck Hide DS4 controller and then Check it again. I had this same problem for a while, but it started working again after around 15 minutes of opening and closing the game, restarting DS4Windows, and reconnecting the controller via Bluetooth and cable a few times.
